Shakarganj Foundation hosted a Sports Gear Donation Seminar at Shakarganj Adopted School (SAS) #10. Manager (SAP) spoke to the students, emphasizing the vital role that sports play in their lives on February 19th – 2025. At this memorable event, Manager (SAP), Manager (Public Health) and Headmistress of the school distributed a variety of sports equipment, including cricket bats, cricket balls, footballs, skipping ropes and wickets to the students on behalf of Shakarganj Foundation. Talking Watches and MP3 players Distribution Drive Darkhshan Model School

Shakarganj Foundation donated Talking Watches and MP3 players to the students and instructors of Darkhshan Model School (درخشاں ماڈل سکول برائے نابینا افراد) for Vision Impaired Students on January 31st – 2025. These watches allow them to hear the time of day and also set alarms to better manage their schedules. The MP3 players allow them to listen to their educational lessons even after classes have ended. We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Ghulam Shabbir Gohar (General Secretary – Pakistan Association of Blind, Jhang) for his invaluable support in making this collaboration a reality. Together, we are committed to improving the lives of these students and instructors by providing much-needed facilities.

At this memorable event, Mr. Sohail Amjad (Assistant Education Officer) was invited to distribute a variety of sports equipment, including cricket bats, cricket balls, footballs, and wickets to the students on behalf of Shakarganj Foundation. These items had been requested by the students during our Winter Clothing Drive, which took place at the same school on January 16th – 2024. SF – TMSG Training Session

The dedicated medical professionals from the Trust for Malnutrition and Stunted Growth (TMSG) conducted a comprehensive training session for the healthcare staff of Shakarganj Foundation at Shakarganj Limited (SML) in Jhang on December 10, 2023. Dr. Akif Saeed and Ms. Nasreen Sultana shared valuable insights during the session, addressing Understanding of Malnutrition, Etiology of Primary and Secondary and Under Malnutrition, Acute Malnutrition, Chronic Malnutrition and Micronutrients Malnutrition. They also discussed Causes of Malnutrition, Anthropomerty, Assessing Age, Oedema, Weight and Height. Shakarganj Foundation extends heartfelt gratitude to TMSG for conducting this impactful training, empowering us to play a significant role in the ongoing battle against malnutrition and hunger in Pakistan.
